STEP ONE
Getting to Know You and Gathering Your Needs: The first step is for you to complete our proprietary Design Planning Survey, which will help you put into words exactly what you are looking to achieve in your renovation project…and the problems you are trying to solve. Then, we schedule a meeting in your home with our design consultant expert. This consultant is not a salesperson. They are a trained design/build professional that can truly discuss your needs and provide meaningful information. We discuss your ‘wish list’ and talk about how our company can create unique design solutions that create value in your home. In this first visit, we give you a sense for design and construction costs and feasible time frames based on other projects we have done in our 30+ year history. If you choose to hire us, we enter into a design/estimating agreement to start the design process.
STEP TWO
Design Options: Our in-house architectural staff and interior designers collaborate with you to create a design that is right for you and within the budget we have discussed. We specialize in designing to create meaningful functional space with an aesthetic that reflects your desired style. We never present designs without relative costs so that you can make decision knowing all the facts. There are three phases to the design process starting with high level schematic designs and finishing with beautiful, functional designs that meet your overall needs.
STEP THREE
Final Design, Budget, and Timeline: At this point, with your input and approval; we’ve created the ideal design, budget, and timeline for your project. Our interior designers have helped you select all the products that will go into your newly remodeled home…down to paint colors! We package all the detailed information into a detailed construction contract that complement the blueprints …that we review and approve together.
STEP FOUR
Pre-Construction Meeting: We’ve obtained all necessary permits from the local municipality and before construction begins, we meet again to review the schedule and any special needs that you may have. We introduce you to your personal site manager, who will be on-site managing your project, every day, throughout the construction process. We discuss the project management schedule and make sure that we have a game plan that everyone approves.
STEP FIVE
Construction Phase: We are ready to build! Your site manager will be busy managing all the details of building your project. However, he is on-site, full-time, every day and always available to meet with you to answer any questions you may have and give you an update on our progress. And don’t worry about the dust and dirt, we’ll contain the debris as best as possible and clean the site every day to contain the mess and keep it safe.
Your dedicated site manager will be working diligently managing the progress of your renovation and making sure everything is going according to plan. He is supported by every other member of the Bowers team to ensure that you have a totally satisfactory experience.
STEP SIX
Post Construction: Your project is complete, and it is beautiful! After construction is completed, we will walk through your project together and conduct a Client Orientation; providing you with instructions on how to work any new appliance or system. Any questions or concerns you have will be addressed expeditiously.
STEP SEVEN
Post Construction Feedback: After the project is done, we will collect feedback from you on how we met your overall needs and how we could have done an even better job. This customer satisfaction survey is critical to helping us maintain our reputation for being named one of the top remodelers in the country for excellence in customer satisfaction. And we will be there for you long after your project is complete. You are a customer for life!
In the end, we will do everything possible to make sure you have the Ideal Customer Experience and enjoy your new customized home. You have our word!
