2007 Washington Metro DC Chapter Contractor of the Year (CotY) Award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) for Best Basement
When this family of six decided to renovate their basement, they had kids of all different ages and also did a lot of adult entertaining. We took their large open basement and with them, determined the best way to organize their space for their varying needs. They wanted a functional bar complete with sink, microwave, dishwasher and beverage refrigerators. They also wanted a cozy fire place nook with space for a game table and room for ping pong and pool tables. Lastly, they wanted a full bath so that overflow guests could use the downstairs as guest quarters as needed.
